Accommodation

Tariff (INR) taxes extra

• Hotel tariffs are approximate.
• Booking of accommodation will only be done on receipt of one day advance  tariff along with Rs 100 as handling charges.
• Delegates have to settle their bill at the time of departure.
• Accommodation requests will not be entertained after 31^st January.
• No refund for hotel accommodation is possible.
• Limited Guest House Accommodation is available at the venue at Rs.250/- per day per person on twin sharing basis (Rs 500/- per day per room) if available, requests not accommodated in GH shall be transferred to D category hotel.
