International CME on Renal Pathology

Dear Friends,  

During past several years a series of International CME & updates in surgical pathology have been held in our country with very active collaboration and participation of overseas faculty, mostly the pathologists of Indian origin settled in USA. Participants from all over the country had been keenly attending these CME thus making them immensely successful.  The time is now ripe to focus on specialty pathology practices in certain specified areas in the country. It is with this objective that an International CME on Renal Pathology, the first of its kind is being organized at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow in mid March 2005.

This CME will highlight the pathology of medical and surgical diseases of the kidney and the pathology of renal allograft by interactive sessions and slide seminars.  International and national faculty conducting this CME has extensive experience and expertise in the subject. Proceeding of the CME shall be provided to all registered delegates in CD format.

Lucknow is the capital city of  Uttar Pradesh, the largest state of the country. It had been the capital of erstwhile rulers of Awadh.  Besides, several historical monuments, it also supports a number of  excellent academic centers including six universities, eight major research centers and two major medical institutes. Lucknow is well connected by rail, road and air. Weather during mid march remains pleasant.
