¨ For student/trainee a certificate from the
Registrar/Dean of the institution should be attached with the registration
form. Registration fees include: conference bag with literature, dinner, lunch
and coffee breaks. A mini registration counter will be open all day on March 17th
- 18th March 2007 in the SGPGI
mini auditorium.
¨ Payment can be made as bank draft or
cheque (please add Rs. 60 as
bank charges to the amount for outstation cheque) for State Bank of
¨ Refunds: If request received by Feb 28th, less Rs. 60.
¨ Comfortable twin sharing accommodation is available
within the campus in the Institute Guest House. Since accommodation is limited,
it will be strictly on first-come first-served basis. Accommodation is also
available at some hotels in the city. Rates per person/day are listed below.
